imo the wind turbine is a thing of beauty. i'm not sure that i'd have the same view if one was erected in my back yard and the rotation noise kept me awake (if that can happen? )

we all need electricity, and i think that it's better to get it from a natural renewable source than oil, gas etc if possible. i'm no hippy, i'm an engineer, but give me a wind turbine in the countryside over another sizewell (or any other conventional or nuclear power station) anyday.
