there's also a fuse on the fuel pump relay. have you found it and checked it?

when you switch your ignition on to position 2, does the amal valve click? as DazC says, this is also powered through the same relay as the fuel pump. if not, could be that relay, or it could be the other one or some other reason why the ECU is not getting power.

have you checked the multiplug where the engine loom joins the main loom?
