I used to be the same and what worked for me was eating just before i went to sleep. This always made me hungry first thing in a morning. Make sure you then force yourself to eat even just a small breakfast, like a bowl of cereal or a slice of toast, my body after a week or so must of got in the habit of processing food early in the day and now i eat breakfast every day. Make sure you eat before your first cup of coffee or fag if you smoke as either of these will suppress your appetite. Eating breakfast for me seems to kick start my metabolism so i also eat more throughtout the day.
