Yes Rick, as far as I know it does. I took one from an early nineties Fiesta, but its a similar thing that screws into the top of the Gearbox before the Speedo Cable.

You can also buy an aftermarket version (AFAIK it works OK, although I have never tried it) from Demon Thieves for about £30.
