breakfast
i would like to gain weight but been reading posts that my first step is to get my daily calories (intake) im finding this really hard because i always miss breakfast, im never hungry or even fancy something small when i get up, 2day i have jus about managed scrambled eggs on toast this morning at 10.45 but during a wk day morning i dont fancy anything, and never eat till 11ish but i stuff myself when i do eat at this time.
is there a way round this?
