Ok before stones are thrown at me...

Had a few people "say" they want it but no action taken
(I.E. they didnt arrange a visit , didnt offer cash or didnt say they definitely wanted it)

Ive had 3 people want to hand over cash without seeing it and 5 possibles
based on a viewing !

The first person is a "viewer" as he was the first to contact me for a
definite view with a 99% chance he would have it.

The car in my eyes is only sold once I have the cash in my hand !

I will honour the order in which any deffinite offer/viewing is made.
