Selling this car cheap due to a few issues it has .....
THE REASON FOR THE SALE
I am selling my car because I am fed up of it after having it for nearly 9 years
now and have a new project to sink my teeth into and I wont spend any
more money on it. (New project is a Ford still)
The car isnt perfect as you will see below but would make an excellent project car for someone.
I could fix all the outstanding issues myself but I barely have time or the inclination
anymore for it and would rather let someone else have the pleasure.
I will list out whats on the car then later all its bad points.
ENGINE
440+ bhp (not dyno proven)
Runs 35 psi peak and holds 30 psi.
Garrett T4 (enlarged wastegate penny version - just over a year old)
4x4 exhaust manifold.
Ported 2 wheel drive cylinder head.
Isky double valve springs and lowered spring seats. (all 16 valves)
BD14 inlet cam, Standard exhaust cam.
Cometic 3 layer metal headgasket (NOT long studded)
All other gaskets are Cometic type.
New 200 block - Never been overbored.
Quad Pocketed pistons (Mahle modified) 7.7:1 CR
Uprated high pressure oil pump.
Vibratechnic engine mounts
750 cc SARD injectors on custom alloy fuel rail.
5 bar bosch map sensor.
Coil pack ignition with dual ignition amps and high voltage coil.
Standard BERU ignition leads modified for coil pack.
071 spark plugs.
Very mild Antilag/bang bang system (for frightening school kids only

)
SECS S8 ecu (located in glove box)
Ecu has maps for both 97 and 95 ron fuels. (Switchable)
Closed loop narrow band lambda sensor fitted and enabled.
Additional lambda sensor bung for wideband.
High flow/pressure intank fuel pump (rated at 600 real bhp)
Rewired fuel pump power supply (relay and wiring).
FORGE RS500 style alloy intercooler.
FORGE Piston dump valve.
GGR K+N Monster cone filter.
Blue samco boost and water hoses.
Mongoose exhaust system.
Various aeroquip fuel lines. (not complete length of car)
Spec R custom oil breather system.
BRAKES, TRANSMISSION ANS SUSPENSION
Clutch AP organic with modified clutch pedal.
Recon gearbox - just over a year old.
AP RACING Large disks with 4 Pot calipers with DS2500 pads
(not sure of disk size will find out)
Braided brake lines. (Yet to fit rear lines but will supply them)
18 inch Oz Racing Super Turismo alloy wheels with Goodyear F1 tyres.
Grooved standard size rear brake disks.
Front end fully poly bushed.
Koni adjustable shocks all round.
1 inch lowered springs.
INTERIOR
Electric windows.
Manual sunroof.
Electric heated front screen.
Electric mirrors.
(all electrics fully working)
Cloth interior - good condition.
Collins 40 psi Boost gauge.
No stereo ! (Can supply original factory Ford unit but I wont fit it)
Centre heater vents have been removed but have been blanked off.
OTHER STUFF
Existing alarm system, tracker and ICE will be removed.
Existing prototype in dash ecu monitor will be removed.
Existing Motec wideband AFR meter will be removed.
Existing private plate not included but you probally wouldnt want it anyway.

Front and side indicators are clear lense types.
I have the original owner manuals and purchase receipt with old service history.
I have all receipts/MOTS/Tax disks since I have owned it.
I have many spare used and new parts including 4 part worn tyres
(too much to list.)
All S8 mapping software, maps and PC lead included.
New MOT
New 6 months tax
FAULTS
Will need a new crank shaft, crank pulley. (Woodruff key holes badly worn)
Low oil pressure - I suspect pump/pump valve failing (No engine damage yet !)
Cylinder head has det marks and weld repairs from the previous head owner.
(Head expertly repaired by SCS Harvey gibbs)
Top water samco hose missing (standard ford rubber replacement)
Speedo misreads after about 10 miles driving (is not the speedo or cable)
Turbo heat shield needs replacing.
Breather lower tube needs replacing with braided hose.
Will need new front brake pads soon.
Rear wing needs respraying due to water damage (common escos problem)
Alloys have some minor kerbing damage. (bloody women)
Needs a proper interior valet.
Gear leather gater worn but still intact.
Front drivers side wheel bearing suspect.
Body work needs attention from usual stone chips etc..
Hockey sticks and splitter marked.
Lower front splitter not fitted but will be supplied.
Flame damage to exhaust hole in rear spolier from ALS use
CONDITIONS
I will NOT guarantee the car in any way - sold as seen !

FINALLY
The car is currently in one piece and fully road legal.
The car drives lovely and is quick. (Bit laggy but thats a T4 for you!)
Has been used for both RS shows and track days - no bufty shit here !
Basically, I have neglected the car over the last year and have lost all
interest in it hence the low price.
Make me an offer over £7500.
If I dont sell it this week its going on Ebay, If that fails, I will be breaking it !
