ITS A BLACK RUBBER BLANKING PLUG THAT SLIDES OVER THE MANIFOLD NIPPLE, GO GET ONE FROM FORDS FOR 40P. YOUR CAR WILL NOT RUN WELL AT ALL WITHOUT IT...
