ok, heres one i couldnt decide on and its what Rapid 1 just said.

A girl makes it clear to a 'mate' that she doesnt want things to go further.
He sees her out, completely out of it-stuggling to walk, talk etc. He takes her back to their mates where she was staying, she's vaguely aware of what he's going to do and wants to say no, but cant even speak, so they end up having sex. He leaves her unable to get dressed.

So whos fault? His for taking advantage? Hers-for being irresponsible?
