I bought my first tank setup (2ft) from the local garden centre for £80. a few quid for a background, gravel and plants and your away. Bought a plec, neons,black mollys,leopard danios, and a few barbs. All living well apart from i have regular executions with the mollys as they breed monthly...
Been looking at a marine setup recently but it worked out for a decent tank with live rock and fish all finished would be near enough 2k! So im just getting a bigger tropical tank
