of its for 3rd party libility then i think there SHOULD be allowed as YOU are the risk not the car,,, base it on the higer risk car too, its quite a fair deal i find
insurance has NOTHING to do with the car either,,,,, its just INCASE you hit somone or need it, if you have enough cash you dont even NEED to have insurance aslong as you can prove you can pay out more than the insurance requirments, seems unfair that the rich are allowed to IGNORE insurance but the poor have to pay EXCESIVE FEES based on the car and not get a refund when they dont claim
