To do the beam bushes,
Unbolt the plates that hold the beam on, (2 x 17mm bolts and 1x 19mm bolts each side)
lower the rear beam slightly (easiest if you do 1 side at a time)

when there is a gap between the bush and the chassis of the car,
you can put a little block of wood between the two, and then
jack the beam back up again, you can heat it up to help it out!

after a bit of heat and jacking, it should just pop out!

take everything off,
diff, arms, beam the lot,
and go in search of a press!
the beam bushes are easiest if you press them in.
and arm bushes are definitly easiest to press out!!
the new ones slide in pretty easily though!
