If it is a respected photographer your after then why not contact a few modelling agencies that have a decent name and ask them who they would recommend you use to have a portfolio created.

They are going to want you to have decent ones done incase you are the next big thing and they get a pop at managing you, so should be helpful.

Get a few of them and then pop in and see them, look at the studio, the photographer and ask to see some of his/her work.

Then look at cost and who you feel most comfortable with, after all, they are only there to take the shots, it is then up to you to take your portfolio to agencies etc or just to have them as a keep sake, although I get a feeling that is not the case!

Keep them covered up, furthest i would suggest is a tastful underwear shot, that will be enough for an agency to work from.
