For a start you'd have to upload the pictures to something like photobucket.com copy the URL, click the Img tab at the top of your new post (or key in square bracket then letters IMG i.e. [img] then the url inbetween then close the 'tag' with [/img] or click the img button again at the top of the post (sure theres a better instruction on a sticky topic in the photo/gallery forum)
