Neil - optimal voltage is 14.1 volts

Phil - Secs monitor ideally should be showing 13.6 volts, if you take into account for the 0.5v drop over the shonky old ford wires

i think it may be my battery thats on its way out as the car struggles to start if left for more than 5 days without been started another 60 quid
