HI, i hope someone can help cause i've been scratching my head.

When the rst runs from cold it revs and boosts freely, when it has warmed up as it reaches approx .4bar it feels like hitting a brick wall. The car splutters and hops??! If i back off and keep boost under .4 i can rev right through to the redline. any help would be appreciated, thanks.Ed.
