my mate used to set up pirate stations back in the 80's and he was always getting nicked,and loosing his equipment. how are the laws now?
Its not the laws you need to worry about - its other pirates. There are a lot of stations out there that go and take other stations off the air - just to nick there equipment for there own use. Effectivly doing the DTI's job for them.
I was going to put newtechpirates.com on air in London but after having a good think about it I cant be arsed! Used to do it a lot in the mid to late 90's and its just not worth it. I cant be climbing up on towerblocks with a dodgey set of FB keys anymore!
