All rst's with standard breather system or after market breather piped up to the metering unit will have oil in the inlet. The only way to prevent this is to run the pipe to a catch tank or breather filter.
You have a good point about the stem seals, i'd be more inclined to say it was the turbo though, because hes spraying oil out of the dump valve. Mine doesn't really get oil in the pipes......tiny little trace, and definately no spraying oil out of the dump valve though.....
