i dont really care too much on the road side of things ..as i dont mind a harsher ride .. but the Leda's are quite good on damping for me ..

think i have 200 rears and 350 fronts (was 3 years ago)
but i think my springs are too long .. i am at the lowest seting in the fact i have no thread left and the springs are looking very compressed .

so do i need shorter springs and helpers .. can someone post up a pic of a cossie on coilovers showing the front springs ???

also .. about ride height .. do you measure from the middle of the wheel arch to floor or centre of wheel to floor?? i know the front needs to be an inch lower than the rears..
