It cant be surely. They
should have the 40 signs up if this is the case, and there defo was not any! Plus I was the only driver pootling along, people were maintaining speeds of 70 - 80 MPH odd as normal, so they are all fooked too
TBH though, there were no workers around, perhaps the limit is enforced in the week when they are working at the side of the road (which is understandable!)
