Chassis dynamic springs are ok chap....I think AVO coil over kits use Chassis dynamics. Regarding the ride height, in my opinon a drop of roughly around a inch all round is your best bet. Either way no matter how much you drop it by, try and get the back about a inch higher than the front...seems to help handling regardless of overall drop.
