i did post about the fitting of the cooler a while ago but all i did was put 2 very small cuts with a junior hack saw blade. then bend the piece of steel down out of the way( warm the paint up first with a heat gun or sumut to stop the paint from cracking ) then paint the split with touch up paint basically doing this makes it very simple to put the car back to normal if you so wish later on as all u ned to do is bend the flap of steel back up and a couple of ver small welds and a touch up pen and u would never know... i had to bend mine up because there were no fitting instructions then or the supply of silicon hoses but i had the rad and cooler set up and its pretty good.

the 2 splits need to be about 15 mm deep half way on each of the 2 lower grill mounts on the front panel, u also need to cut half of the lower mount on the grill to clear the fans i will try and find a link to the pics
