sorry but i HATE whitnesses like that all they know to discribe speeding it " he was driving like a bat out of hell" when in actual fact he was just speeding,,,,,,,,, sorry but the racing driver comment should have been struck off,,,,,,,,,,, just a " hear appeared to be speeding" would have been fine

its just dramatising a matter,,,,,,,,,, i would like that same whitness to mention the speed he was doing at that time too,,,,,,,, f he cant mention that then he cant give evidence of that nature
