why do you want to make a nozzle to give you high air velocity? i could blow air at mach 1 if you gave me a small enough tube to blow through. but what would that acheive over the frontal area of a car?

As for the Nozzle, what good is blowing air all over the front of the car? We are having an attachment made to suit the dimensions of an Intercooler/Radiator as these are the parts that are most dependant on the airflow. By concentrating the air in this way, the velocity will increase, thereby getting closer to the airspeed that is seen on the road, will it not?
Yes, with your 200kw motor, there would most probably be no need to concentrate the air in this way, but seeing that our fan is a fraction of the size of yours we need to make maximum use of the air that we are producing.
