It cannot be deemed a CHARGE until it is mixed with FUEL, therefore that pipe is just an "air carrier" that crosses over the camcover, so i suppose it might be accurately termed a "crossover pipe" but it will NEVER be a CHARGE carrier as it can never carry a charge unless it has fuel in it.
(Some 5th injectors can be mounted here, but thats not factory configuration) 
Exactly. Just because some Ford enthusiasts refer to it as a 'Charge Carrier' doesn't mean that everyone will know what they mean.
Similarly, if I asked you what OS you run on your PC or what a GUI is, would you know? But to a computer expert, those terms are well known and a very basic part of what you use every day!!
