Whole board snapped in half, or just a few tracks ?

Whole board repair would be difficult but doable, few tracks would be easy.
I wouldn't vouch for the repair's ability to withstand vibration in either case though.

The above applies to single or double surface boards, if the board is a multi-layer type, forget it, unless you are prepared to replace the broken tracks with soldered wires which would require a complete circuit diagram, and, would only work if the circuit isn't dependent on the layout (e.g. high speed data transfer applications).
