Stu, ditto the honeymoon comment. Just go with the flow. Unfortunately thing will inevitably slow and I'll make a mental note to pull this post up in 6 months when you are complaining of slow gains

However, if you are managing the full stack on the weights then you may have to get inventive (use a second pin to hold on a disc weight) OR find another gym with heavier weights!
