Lex are the biggest leasing company in the country and now wholly-owned by HBOS. They will be able to source any car available on the UK market, but almost certainly will refuse to even look at imports.

If it is a leased car it will be an unusual fleet policy that allocates according to list price. Leasing companies virtually never pay list price and it takes no account of comparative depreciation or maintenance costs on different cars.

Most companies will either have a set list of cars to choose from, or a range of lease rentals. Then his fleet manager will be able to get Lex to provide a list of cars available in the budget.
