Fuckin get a quote off them and accept it. when the policy comes through they havent put the car as a convertible so I sent it back and asked them to change it.

they then send me a letter re. "change of bike" and request another 75 quid.

they also claim they havent seen the proof of no claims which I sent to them ages ago with something else which I KNOW they have got!

now they still want there 75 quid and wont acknowledge their mistakes. hardly filling me with confidence.
