Bush has always rejected any demands made by the Kyoto treaty, so it's good to hear he finally decided to do something about it, however, it appears to be driven by his fear of an unstable source of energy, rather than a will to be "greener".
True but whatever it's driven by, it's still got to be good news. By the time we get to 2025 I wonder what the world will be like and whether all the ongoing emmissions reduction will see the hole in the ozone close and the effects of global warming tail off?
