might be lucky and escape a ban i was caught doing 103.8mph on the m25 10 yrs ago and got a leter saying 'u can appear in court and question it or send £60 and get 3 points' , i got the cheque book out straight away .............if its ur first offence just plead to them that u were carelessand ur sorry and u might get a few points and a fine ...goodluck
