Hi I am experiencing a problem with the turbo that I just rebulid and convert from a t35 to t38. When the boost comes to 18psi the boost guage needle starts jumping up to 22psi and then continue normally up to 25psi. That time that needle starts jumping I feel that the engine is without power. The actuator is -34 item and its almost new. What will the problem be? Thanks
