Well if it puts your mind at rest then go for it but i'll put money on its ok, you gota remember you rarely use all the pressure thats available, hence the regulator and return lines........

You should see my car, when you start loading things up you can see the lights kind of "pulsing" is the only word i can think of to describe it. Its charging fine and always starts, seen a few cars do it i think must just be the alternator.
