I have tried a few companies in the States and the replies I got were that the GM T5’s ran 27splines and the Ford T5’s ran 28 splines where as the Cossie’s run 23 splines.
There has been talk of a gear company here that “may” take on the job of manufacturing 100 gears, this is not someone I have dealt with personally so cannot confirm for shore, needless to say that I’m interested if anything comes of it.
In a worst case scenario it does seem that Quaife does seem to have a replacement
