Well u need planning permission for a fence if its over six foot so I would imagine u wont get away with a garage mate, they see it as your neighbours may not appreciate it

The neighbours already have a breeze block built shed in their garden about double garage sized so should be ok. Like I said I'm new to the house thing but fed up with paying rent so some other fooker gets their mortgage paid
