I will have to go have a look to see if the speed limit has been dropped, but I guess at the end of the day it's still my fault for not noticing.
The wheels are 17", tyres, I can't remember, all I know is that the overall rolling radius is not the same as std wheels + tyres, it could be above or below.
If I thought I was doing 40 or thereabouts, I probably was doing 36mph, thinking everything was ok, as I said, I even considered waving at the camera

Funniest thing is that I have only ever been caught speeding twice, and that was twice in a 30
I guess I spend too much time looking at my speedo to make sure I don't exceed 2.5K rpm
