The only test done was sep 04 PF.

AH fabrications and Rad tech come top on the cooling side, but the pro alloy is a more of a show piece (polished for looks) and had good temps too, so come top.

all Ave temp's in that PF test were on a T4 460-500 bhp car, done from 40 - 100mph flat out. on 3 runs per intercooler

AH Fabs = 104oC ave drop, with ambient 17oC, b4 inter ave 131oC,after 27oC ave.
Radtech = 104oC ave drop, with ambient 19oC, B4 inter ave 138oC,After 34oC ave.
Proalloy = 99oC ave drop, with ambient 18oC, B4 inter ave 127oC, After 28oC ave.
Pace prototype = 93oC ave drop, with ambient 20oC, B4 inter ave 121oC, after 28oC ave.
Std RS500 = 77oC ave drop, with ambients 21oC, B4 inter ave 111oC, after 28oC ave. on the rs500 test i took ave from 2 runs, as the 3rd has a printing error.

on my fiecos i dont notice ambients do much to peak ACT's, not 3-5oC ambient difference any how, but cooler the better.

The test was too rough, as only tested them up to 100 mph,

as on my cossie my ACT's dont reach peak to at least 150mph if more on its first run, but do a bk to bk test (not letting nothing cool) peaks about 130mph.

as if i run the test it would be done on a high boost (35psi) 450-600 bhp car, where the pre inter temps are high in the first place.

The test would then be done, @ a test run way, where top speed could be achieved.
And the done bk to bk tests on each inter, and i would record
peak ACT's before and after intercooler,
ambients,
boost before and after intercooler,
and maybe Egt's and AFR at time of peak ACTs.

It would take more time, but would give a true results,

As on my cossie once i reach a peak ACT on my 1st run, i can (tried many times) then do 4 more back to top speed runs and the ACT stays the same peak figure ( Thats all with my water inj turned OFF).
