The Radtec one had the best temperature drops in the PF test but the Pro-alloy looks more bling.

Both well made but the Pro-alloy one is more finished.

I'd go with Pro-Alloy or Radtec.
No real difference in performance and which one just depends how bufty you are and how much you care one is sub £300 the other is £400.

I paid £260 for my brand new Radtec RS500 cooler, but that was cheap as I bought two
