I don't deny it is supposedely meant to stop people going too fast, but 36mph.... on an empty road? Mmmm..... I tend to call that taking the mickey...

Anyhow, not arguing the point, just want to make sure it is right as he said he saw the van and checked his speed at the time.

He was not stopped at the side of the road, we received it this morning.
