That is the only way to fit it. 2 seperate pipes with the filter in the middle.
The thing is, I still see no point of them when the oil supply to the turbo has already
immediately been filtered prior to it traveling down the feed pipe.
If the original oil filter doesn't do a good enough job in the first place then what are all these car manufacturers doing not fitting a pre filter as standard?
Andy, my car went to Blackpool last Sunday evening. Prior to that it hadn't really been used for weeks on end (about 6 weeks). The problem is when I lay it up for ages, it floods a cylinder with fuel so I have to take out the plugs and cdry them out!
