If it's good enough for the Grp N boys then yes. However, once the desired settings have been reached, the holes need to be "tacked" to prevent any movement.
Tacked? I heard about welding them back.

Your settings would suggest to me that you have a bent rear beam. The standard item is not particularly strong and given your descriptions of the Polish roads, not surprising .
Well I changed it for a new one some km's ago but was always a little bit wrong. Still was better when the car was lower, when I raised it it got wrong. I was to change for adjustable beam anyway but it's not so easy to get a beam from UK here for reasonable money, also now it would be hard to get Zoo Beam.. is there any other make?
