Can't see any reason for the tank making the car run lean,because the cosworth fuel pump is just gravity fed,not as if there is a swirl pot or lift pump or anything like that in a Ford tank
Pattern tanks are available for £49 delivered to your door,Ford are in the region of £200
Guessing thats whats on mine then ?
I was told there was a swirl pot in them
