does someone know where these wires/connections are for?

could this be the temperature sensor?
If so, where to mount it then???



and this one comes from the starter motor; don't know where to connect it, i dont even know why it's there and why it's for (NO, i dont remove it ) cant find anything about it in the Workshop manual
