it does fit, and yes you will gain!
but find yourself a doner Mondeo 2.0 Zetech, get the TB, and the MAF, and if you want some more, get the cams as well.. this will take you to about 125 bhp (with the cams) and to get it at 130 and with a better curve, get it runin with a new chip. Everybody is doing it here en Denmark, and is getting great power gaines for small figures ($$)
