Dont think you need the head mate , they are the same apart from the oil return pipe on a 4x4 and a very slight cc difference.
As cossie1 said though deffo go fro the 200 block (new) as it has thicker walls.
Crank/ pistons etc are all basically the same strength wise etc, just get the correct size pistons for the block.
