I get this all the time as they usually overtake in the 30mph zone in town then you catch up in the 60 zone and find them doing no faster than 40mph incase they rip off thier pathetic bodykit or buckle thier spastic chrome effect "motorworld" 20" wheels with rubber band tyres.
Then they get upset when you overtake them because they are slowing me down.
At least I get to laugh at them when they understeer into the kerb. Watched some twat in my rear mirror understeer off a roundabout into the kerb bending his front suspension. Took great delight laughing at him when i came back the other way!
