theres a small chance she might get off it all depends how leniant the judge is, the court take lots of factors into account when u get done for speeding and are facing a possible ban i.e..how fast over the limit they were doing, do they NEED the car for work, shes also a single parent aswell,..........id say ban her but she might get either a big fine and no ban, a biggish fine and a small ban, or a smaller fine and a long ban?????.......who knows
