Out of interest, how long is the bit that you are using?

My brother and I found out the hard way that if you dont use quite a long bit, that the head bolts by the bulkhead round their heads off as the socket part of the bit touches the head before the bit is fully into the head bolt, hence it fucks the bolt up. I had to drill the bolts out in the end

Check to see that this isnt happening.....
