if the cams and everything is out way,maybe a pair of stilsons ! they will kill the bolt but should undo it.

also loctite make a tin of spray called freeze. its 5 quid a can,and when you spray it on a bolt it drops the temperature down,making it less tight in the hole!

iv only used this once but it did work for me.
