hey there.. mine did the same thing, and you can easily check if it's the valve, just unplug it... drive it.. let stand for a while.. Try to start it, and pump the gas 2 or 3 times, if it starts, then it's your valve.. I was told that it is pretty common, and that the valve is pretty expensive, so I just run my RST without it, I pump it 2-3 maybe 4 times, and i starts without problems, even now when the temp. is around -5 degrees (dunno how to spell that though!? ) so that's a quick and inexpensive way to do it
